At 18, I left home in pursuit of education and built my life across continents. That experience shaped my values: stay curious, learn fast, challenge assumptions, and build genuine trust.
Over the last two decades, I’ve led and coached transformation work in high-pressure environments. The industries changed. The core pattern didn’t. Teams rarely fail because they do not care. They fail because priorities, ownership, and performance rhythms do not hold under pressure.
I founded tebui after seeing that pattern repeat across industries. The problems look different on the surface, but underneath they are familiar. The hard part is not spotting the answer. The hard part is applying it in a way that fits the people, the constraints, and the business.
