At 18, I left home and family in pursuit of a higher education, migrated across continents, and dove into the unknown. It took countless tries, failures, and adaptations till I settled in my new world and these experiences have shaped many of my core values that still guide me to this day. Be curious, learn fast, challenge assumptions, and form genuine connections. Over the last two decades, that mix allowed me to drive high-stakes transformation work - both defining and executing strategy that lasts, while under pressure.
I have coached teams and led successful transformations across manufacturing, health-tech, semiconductor manufacturing, and various start-ups. The pattern is consistent: teams don’t lack ambition—they lack clear choices, ownership, and a rhythm that holds under pressure. My job is to make that practical: fewer priorities, cleaner decisions, and a cadence your team can run.
I founded tebui after seeing the same story repeat across industries. The problems look different on the surface, but underneath they’re familiar - and the solution is rarely mysterious. The hard part is applying it in a way that fits the people, the constraints, and the uniqueness of the business. That’s my commitment: to deliver transformation excellence that’s bold, unique, and impactful (tebui) - practical enough to run, strong enough to last.
I do this by being hands-on and calm under pressure. By working side-by-side in following the Participate → Demonstrate → Accelerate approach I make sure that the system keeps working after I leave.
